Many students visit the Photobar site using it as a resource for school projects. The one exception to requiring a license is for grade school children who can use the pictures for school projects without license. I would ask however that you do not use the pictures on any web site.
For use as a school teaching aid license is similar to conventional text book use.
Everything on this site, graphics, copy and all images are protected by Canadian, US and international copyright laws. Other than as stated above all other uses require a license. You must email or phone to arrange licensing for any use of a Photobar image.
Pictures MUST be LICENSED for any university teaching use including power point presentation and web use and can not be used on personal home pages without license.
Art directors, editors & photo buyers may download for positioning and for client approval. If a larger picture is required for client approval please ask and we will put a higher resolution file on line. Images selected for your final project must be licensed before use.
